"Where there is no vision, the people perish: but he that keepeth the law, happy is he". -Proverbs 29:18

THE VISION OF BOY'S RANCH

It was a hot, humid day in San Salvador, El Salvador, as we packed the missionary van of Leila McNabb and headed on the open highway 2 hours to the east of the city toward the city of Usulutan, El Salvador for a day of ministry. We would go to the hospital there and minister to the sick, and also preach the Gospel of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ wherever there were ears to hear. My friend Amilcar who was determined to perfect my Spanish along the way, was our driver, and a great kinship and brotherhood was built between us as we approached our destination.

The Lord was present as we visited the hospital. Leila shared the Gospel with many who were gravely ill. I prayed both in English and Spanish. The Lord gave grace and many men in the hospital gave their hearts to the Lord Jesus, some with tears. A word of knowledge confirmed from a nurse that one man had liver cancer. We prayed, I believe God can do all things, not only healing his body but saving his soul. It was a very special time there, as God led the way.

Then I was taken to a special place west of the city out in the beautiful countryside of El Salvador. It was a place of vision, one missionary Leila McNabb has already prayed and spoken over. 100 acres of beautiful land near the Pacific Ocean which Leila has named "Boy's Ranch". It has hills, beautiful trees and plants, a view of the ocean up on the top of the property, and a beautiful dormant volcano to the back of it. I was amazed and felt the presence of God on the property as I could begin myself to see the vision in which Leila has shared.

Leila has a vision in which she believes God has put on her heart to develop a special place away from all demonic influence for young and teen age boys at risk in El Salvador. It will be a place where the Word of God is taught in His fullness. A place of praise and worship unto our Lord and King Jesus Christ. A place where responsibility is learned and respect for each other made in the image of God is taught.

In a land which has been torn apart many times by civil war and violence, along with earthquakes and hurricanes, there are so many young men left without father's as role models, and are left adrift and a prime target of satan. The future of any country including ours is our young people. Leila McNabb, who has worked with children from her days as a schoolteacher here in the US, to present time as a missionary knows the importance of reaching these kids for Jesus Christ, and training them in His Holy Spirit.

Leila's vision includes a praise and worship center, eating facilities, and comfortable housing. It will also have outbuildings for farm animals that will be cared for by the young men on the ranch. Leila can hear and see these young men laughing, playing, working, and worshiping. And she can see the potential of raising up powerful young men that will go into Central America filled with the Holy Ghost and destroying the power of the enemy. And as I stood on this beautiful land, I could see it too! Leila is believing for a miracle to obtain this land. She is a woman of faith. God will have to move, and she knows if this is His vision, no thing is too great for Him to perform. The cost to bring this all about is not something Leila denies, however, she has resigned herself to prayer and trust, and knows that with God, all things are possible! She also prays for laborers, those suited servants of God that will come to the Ranch and do God's work.

If you are tugged in your heart by this vision, and want to know more information, I encourage you to email Leila McNabb in El Salvador at:

Leila is a tried and true missionary in Central America. Having been called of God, she has served there over 23 years. She has braved civil war, violence, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, robberies at gunpoint, and physical discomfort. Yet she is steadfast at knows to that which God has called her. I have seen Leila at work on a number of different visits, and highly endorse her work in the Lord to anyone willing to help her by their prayers, gifts, and calling in any other way to help the Lord would lead.

Leila is under the covering of Living Water Teaching, from Caddo Mills Texas, a Full Gospel Ministry which is rooted firmly in Central America and has the same vision of training and raising up strong men and women of God who will take away the control of this part of the world by the enemy, and hand it over to Jesus to bring salvation, healing, peace and prosperity to this beautiful land.

The bible says that we all should "make our calling and election sure". Do you know what God has called you to do in His kingdom before His return? If not, seek to know. Ask for a vision, like sister Leila has done. Remember the words of God delivered by Solomon in Proverbs: "Where there is no vision, the people perish....."
