Lord so quickly the time has passed

Where am I to fit in the masses

Your will for my life, I wait to unfold

With my hands open, to receive and hold

But slip and stumble I fall

What is this road that led to a wall

Is there another path I can take

Can I open my eyes, will I stay awake

Roads twisting and turning into a maze

I can't see the way through the haze

I need your light to show me the way

Lest I stop and lose my faith

With raging waters that overwhelm

But with no ship to stand at the helm

Like a man tossed to and fro

I know not which way to go

Call on Me, said the Lord of Hosts

The only One who can help the most

It only takes a moment to draw near

Don't you know, I hold you so dear

So to the Lord I poured out my cries

And to my amazement He opened my eyes

He showed the road that I should take

And of my life, what He would make

He told me, Don't let go of My hand

And follow My footprints in the sand

I gave you My Spirit, And My Word

I gave you wings to fly as a bird

Now like an Eagle you will soar

Don't let go, There will be more

Stay with Me to find My will

With Living Waters, I will fill

Take and Drink from My Cup

And Daily I will fill you up

Hold out your hands and reach for Me

And I will give you eyes to see

Daily you should seek My face

For I have given you Much Grace

Come and sit in My Holy Place

I will give you Much to Taste

Now you know My will for you

To have a relationship with you too

For with Me, I want you to stay

For I the Lord, will show the way
